Associate Operations Manage- Expression of Interest (EOI)
We're looking for an experiencedAssociate Operations Managerto lead and develop Team Leaders and support teams within a fast-paced customer service environment.
You will be responsible for driving operational performance, improving efficiency, managing stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and operational teams.
Drive performance against SLAs, KPIs, quality, and customer experience targets.
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Monitor operational metrics and provide insights to improve business performance.
Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, capacity, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry regulations.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Act as a key escalation point for operational issues and risks.
Deliver regular performance reporting to senior leadership.
About You
Proven experience in Contact Centre, Customer Service, or Operations Management.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Experience managing Team Leaders and large operational teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
Experience managing KPIs, SLAs,



workforce planning, and operational budgets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven workplace.
