Senior Reporting Analyst
Location negotiable across TAFE NSW (subject to campus availability)
Talent Pool (Statewide) for Temporary Full Time (until 30 June ****) and Permanent Full Time opportunities
$131,911 - $142,056 salary package - includes base salary ($116,219 - $125,157 per annum), plus employer?

About the role
The Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering high?
quality workforce data and insights that enable TAFE NSW to effectively manage and optimise its staff resources.
The role requires advanced analytical expertise to design, produce, and interpret a broad range of workforce reports and dashboards.
By ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights, the Senior Reporting Analyst supports evidence?
based decision?
making, strengthens workforce planning, and enhances organisational performance.
About You?




As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you excel at managing multiple analytical projects under tight deadlines, delivering accurate, high?
quality insights.
With strong problem?
solving skills and attention to detail, you engage confidently with stakeholders to gather information, negotiate deadlines, and balance competing priorities.
Highly regarded:
Proficient in enterprise software platforms, including SAP and Spinifex, with hands-on experience in streamlining processes and optimizing data workflows.
Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate.
Ability to deliver insights using data visualisation platforms, including Power BI.
