Are you an organised, proactive Studio Coordinator or Office Administrator who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment?
We're partnering with a highly regarded architectural practice to recruit a Studio Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in keeping the studio running smoothly.
Working closely with the Studio Manager and leadership team, you'll be at the heart of the business, supporting daily operations, coordinating administration and helping foster a positive, collaborative studio culture.

The Role
You'll be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the studio run efficiently while providing administrative support across the wider business.
Duties Will Include
Supporting the Studio Manager with day-to-day studio operations
Coordinating office administration, facilities and supplier relationships
Reception support including welcoming visitors and managing incoming enquiries
Assisting project teams with document preparation, printing, binding and formatting
Setting up new projects and maintaining client and consultant information
Managing leave records, staff calendars and internal documentation
Coordinating training, professional development and staff records
Assisting with studio events, team initiatives and workplace culture activities
Supporting quality assurance processes and maintaining compliance documentation
Liaising with building management, contractors and external service providers
Coordinating office supplies, stationery and general studio upkeep
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys being the person that keeps everything organised behind the scenes.
You'll Ideally Bring
Previous experience as a Studio Coordinator, Office Coordinator, Office Manager or Team Administrator
Experience within architecture, engineering, construction or a professional services environment (preferred)
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and a proactive approach
A professional, approachable and collaborative attitude
Highly regarded:
Experience using Synergy, MYOB or similar ERP/project management systems
Adobe InDesign experience
Experience coordinating events or internal culture initiatives
