The Opportunity
As our businesses continue to grow,



we're looking for an experienced and motivated Finance & Payroll Coordinator to support the financial operations of EOC Group, EOC Professionals and Gundilya.
This newly created role will play a key part in maintaining the financial health of our businesses through payroll, accounts administration, reconciliations, reporting and process improvement.
This position is primarily finance and payroll focused, with occasional administrative support required during peak operational periods.
You'll work closely with the Director, leadership team and external accountant while helping build efficient, scalable systems and processes to support the next stage of our growth.

What You'll Be Doing Finance & Payroll
End-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable across multiple entities
Payroll processing and reconciliation
Award interpretation and payroll compliance
Bank reconciliations
Credit card and expense reconciliations
Month-end finance support
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Assisting with reporting, compliance and audit preparation
Liaising with our external accountant and key stakeholders
Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Systems & Administration Support During peak periods, you may also assist with:
Maintaining business and recruitment system records
Updating templates and controlled documents
Supporting process improvement projects
General administrative support across the business




What You'll BringPrevious experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
Strong working knowledge of Xero
Experience interpreting Modern Awards and payroll legislation
Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail
Solid organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving systems and processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly RegardedAccounting qualification or currently studying towards one
Previous experience within recruitment, labour hire, professional services or workforce management environments
Experience working across multiple business entities
