We're looking for a passionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our team.
Start Date
ASAP.
Availability
Ongoing Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30pm to 10:30pm.
Must be open to accepting 2-hour services.
Potential for more shifts for reliable candidates.
Requirements
Female carers only.
Must be driving (full Australian driver's licence).
Own vehicle.
Comprehensive Car Insurance (mandatory if driving).
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
Valid First Aid & CPR certificates.
Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to obtain).
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Disability Support Worker.
Skills in manual handling and providing high-care support (highly regarded).
Proactive approach to supporting clients to achieve goals and maintain community connections.
Fluent in English with solid communication skills.
Physically active and able to support regular outings, including long walks and community participation.




What You'll Be Doing
Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients.
Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.
Support clients attending appointments and engaging in social activities.
Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (on-call flexibility required).
