This is a permanent, ongoing 24/7 rosterwithminimum 8-hour shifts—meaning consistent work, regular hours and the opportunity to build a genuine connection with one client over time.
What you'll be doing
No two days are exactly the same!
You'll support the participant to live as independently as possible while helping them achieve their goals and enjoy everyday life.
Your role will include:
Personal care
Bowel care (essential)
Medication assistance
Manual handling
Community access and appointments
Supporting daily routines and household tasks
Building a positive, trusting relationship with the participant
Encouraging independence, choice and confidence every step of the way

What we're looking for
We're searching for someone who is
Compassionate, reliable and positive
Confident supporting participants with complex care needs
Experienced in bowel care, personal care, manual handling and medication assistance
Passionate about making a real difference every shift
You'll also need:
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
First Aid & CPR
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
