We are seeking an experienced and values-drivenGeneral Manager – In Home & Community Support (IHCS)to provide strategic leadership across one of estara's largest service portfolios.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, financial sustainability, workforce capability, and high-quality, person-centred service delivery.
You will lead transformational initiatives that strengthen productivity, enhance client outcomes, and support long-term organisational success.

Your Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will:
Lead the strategic direction and operational performance of the IHCS portfolio.
Drive financial sustainability through effective budget, workforce and service management.
Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services aligned with NDIS standards.
Strengthen governance, risk management and organisational reporting.
Inspire and develop a large multidisciplinary workforce.
Lead service improvement, innovation and transformational change.
Build strong relationships with participants, families, employees, funders and key stakeholders.




About You
You will bring:
Senior leadership experience in disability, aged care or community services.
Strong operational, financial and commercial management skills.
Sound knowledge of the NDIS and community service delivery.
Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
A proven track record in service improvement and organisational change.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Relevant tertiary qualification.

Special Conditions
Current South Australian driver's licence.
DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (minimum six months' validity).
Ability to undertake intrastate travel and occasional work outside standard business hours.
