About the Role
As a Casual Educator, you'll play an important role in supporting our centre teams by:
Building meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues
Supporting learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence and growth
Assisting across different age groups and learning environments
Contributing to daily routines, activities and centre operations
Supporting educators with observations and children's learning documentation
Maintaining a secure, inclusive and engaging environment for all children
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
ACertificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care(or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or be actively studying towards one
Previous experience working within a long day care or early learning environment
Flexibility to travel between Kids Academy Darra, Milestones Forest Lake and Papilio Sherwood as required
Availability to accept shifts at short notice when needed
A currentWorking with Children Check (Blue Card)or willingness to obtain one
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
