Full time position starting at $75,271 per annum / $***** per hr
15% Employer Superannuation

The Role
As the Leading Hand Civil Works you will:
Coordinate the day-to-day work of your team, making sure jobs are completed to IPWEA standards and within timeframes
Be the on-site point of contact for the public, including handling queries and complaints
Train, guide and develop Multi Skilled Field Workers so the team delivers quality work on time
Advise your Coordinator on scheduling, priorities, and materials needed for upcoming projects
What You will Bring:
The successful applicant will have the following:
A current Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Demonstrated experience in civil works and infrastructure maintenance, particularly roads, bridges, and stormwater
Demonstrated experience operating a range of plant and equipment
Strong supervisory, communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to direct, coach and motivate a team
Proficiency in computerised systems,



including Microsoft 365 and relevant in-house systems
Demonstrated experience implementing WHS requirements and overseeing staff compliance
