About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and reliableBarista Allrounderwith strong food and wine knowledge to join our team Managers certificate preferred.
You'll be hands-on during the service often working independently and making sure our guests have the best experience.
This role suits someone who's confident during a busy service, comfortable jumping in with all-rounder duties (FOH, service, clearing ect), and keen to work closely with a tight-knit team.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1–2 years experience in a Barista senior role
Solid coffee and food knowledge
Minimum 1+ years hospitality experience required for food and wine knowledge
Strong leadership and communication skills




Ability to multitask under pressure
Friendly, positive attitude and strong team player
Comfortable with hands-on all-rounder duties (FOH, service, bar, floor)
Availability to work weekends and 6am starts
Must be available for 6am starts 2-3 times per week
Must be available forweekends
Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts
Australian work rights required
