We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic team member to join our busy production and customer service team.
About the Opportunity
This is not a repetitive production role where every day looks the same.
You will be involved across the complete creation process—from receiving an order and preparing artwork through to advising customers, producing awards, assembling products and completing the final quality check.
One day you may be creating a prestigious corporate award.
The next, you could be producing a sporting trophy, an honour board, engraved industrial labels or personalised recognition products.
It is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining creativity, technology, craftsmanship and customer service.
We are open to discussingfull-time, part-time or casual employmentwith the right candidate or candidates.
About You
Previous experience with laser engraving, UV printing, CNC routing, signage, print production or a similar manufacturing setting would be highly regarded.
However, just as importantly, we are looking for someone who is curious,



technically minded, willing to learn and proud of the work they produce.
The following skills and qualities would be highly desirable:
Experience operating laser engraving, printing, CNC or related production equipment
Artwork layout, graphic design or product proofing skills
An understanding of how production settings affect different materials and finished results
Robust technical, practical and assembly skills
Confidence using online systems, software and task-management applications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
The ability to manage multiple jobs in a busy production environment
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute as part of a close-knit team
