Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of People & Culture Transformation is a leadership prospect responsible for driving Rivergum's people transformation agenda.
Working closely with the Executive Team, this role will strengthen organisational capability, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness and people governance whilst embedding practical frameworks, systems and high-performance practices that support the organisation's long-term strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include :-
Leading organisation-wide People and Culture transformation initiatives;
Driving strategic workforce planning and organisational design;
Building leadership capability and performance management frameworks;




Providing executive advice on governance and employee relations;
Implementing capability, succession and engagement strategies;
Enhancing HR systems, people's analytics and technology adoption.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
The successful candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline or possess significant equivalent human resources experience.
Demonstrated experience leading People and Culture transformation, organisational development and workforce capability programs within construction, property, development or similarly complex operational environments is required.
Strong expertise in strategic workforce planning, organisational design, leadership development, remuneration, employee relations, performance management and contemporary people governance is essential.
Experience implementing HRIS and people analytics, will be highly regarded.
