THE ROLE
Based in Newcastle, you will lead the on-site delivery of remediation, façade, building and Defence projects across the Hunter and broader NSW region.
Taking ownership of day-to-day site operations, you will coordinate people, subcontractors and resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations from mobilisation through to project completion
Coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, plant and materials to meet project objectives
Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules and resource requirements
Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams
Lead site safety, quality and environmental compliance activities
Identify and resolve site issues to achieve successful project outcomes
ABOUT YOU
Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline, with experience in site management within the construction industry
Solid leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams, subcontractors and site activities
Sound commercial understanding of project delivery, budgeting and cost control




Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management systems
