The Role
We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who leads from the floor, supports the team, and helps deliver exceptional service every shift.
You'll work closely with the venue management team to ensure smooth daily operations while creating a positive, supportive environment for both guests and staff.
What you'll be doing
Leading service across the restaurant and bar
Running shifts and maintaining high service standards
Supporting, training and developing the front of house team
Assisting with rostering, opening and closing procedures, and day-to-day operations




Creating a positive team culture and delivering outstanding guest experiences
About you
Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or senior Front of House role
Confident leading busy services with a calm, organised approach
Robust food, beverage and hospitality knowledge
A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and supporting others
Passionate about genuine hospitality and guest experience
Available to work evenings and weekends
