THE ROLE
Working in the Family Services unit within the Children, Families and Safeguarding Division, this position will contribute to priority projects and initiatives to support reform of earlier intervention and diversion services for children and families in Victoria.
This includes supporting project management and engagement with digital platforms including the Family Services Learning Management System.
The position will contribute to a team that supports ongoing reform in Family Services to deliver evidence-based services and requires high level written and verbal communication, project coordination skills, and an ability to respond to changing work priorities within the unit.
Accountabilities Include
Contribute to the development of projects within the Family Services and Evidence Strategy team that meet government and departmental objectives.
Support sector engagement with digital platforms including the Family Services Learning Management Systems.
This involves monitoring user feedback and enquires, facilitating timely responses to issues and working with internal teams to ensure user needs are addressed promptly and platform improvements are identified and implemented.
Deliver project management, reporting and administration for priority projects within the Family Services and Evidence Strategy work unit.
Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
Work eligibility will be checked as part of the recruitment process.
Preferred candidates will be required to complete pre-employment screening, including a national police check and misconduct screening.
