The OpportunityWe are seeking an experiencedHeavy Diesel Mechanicto join our Service team as aField Service Fitterbased from ourCavan branch.
Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you'll provide expert diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on Hitachi equipment while building strong relationships with our customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform onsite diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on Hitachi equipment
Provide technical support and troubleshooting in the field
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
Complete service documentation accurately and on time
Work safely and in line with company quality and safety standards
About YouCertificate III in Mobile Plant Technology, Diesel Mechanics or equivalent
Current driver's licence
Ability to work independently and solve technical issues
OEM or earthmoving equipment experience (highly regarded)
Solid communication and customer service skills
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and continuous improvement
