About the Opportunity
An exciting prospect exists for an experiencedEnterprise Architectto support a major Federal Government ERP transformation program.
This strategic role will provide enterprise architecture leadership, governance and assurance across the implementation of a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment, ensuring alignment across business, data, application, technology and security domains.
Working closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, IT Operations, implementation partners and technology vendors, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of a secure, scalable and sustainable enterprise platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture artefacts across current-state, transition-state and target-state environments.
Provide enterprise architecture leadership and governance throughout the ERP program lifecycle.
Review and assure solution architecture produced by implementation partners, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles, technology standards and digital strategy.
Prepare architecture advice, decision papers and governance artefacts for Architecture Boards, Steering Committees and executive stakeholders.
Define enterprise-wide design patterns covering integrations, APIs, identity and access management, cloud services, reporting and operational support.
Support integration architecture, middleware, data exchange, monitoring and transition-to-operations activities.
Provide architecture assurance across data management, migration, cyber security, records management and service management capabilities.
Identify architectural risks, dependencies and design decisions requiring governance or executive endorsement.
Support legacy application transition planning and enterprise-wide technology modernisation initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required
Demonstrated experience as an Enterprise Architect within large-scale enterprise or Australian Federal Government ICT environments.
Proven experience supporting complex ERP transformation programs.
Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent), governance and architecture assurance.
Experience across integration architecture, cloud platforms, identity and access management, cyber security and data architecture.
Experience reviewing architecture deliverables produced by implementation partners.
Exposure to enterprise platforms such asWorkday, ServiceNow, SAPor similar ERP solutions.
Experience developing enterprise architecture roadmaps, transition-state architectures and technology modernisation strategies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and executive advisory skills.
