Job Description
Strawberry Pickers & Packers Required.
We require approximately 100 hardworking and dedicated workers to assist with the upcoming strawberry season in Coldstream area of VIC.
The work will involve both harvesting and packing the fruit, with the season commencing in
Early October **** and continuing for 9 months until the end of June ****.
Successful applicants will be offered 120 hours of work over a 4 week period and will be paid an hourly and or piece rate as casual workers under the Horticulture Award ****.
Applicants must be able to work from 6.30 am thru to 5pm pending, and will require a commitment of up to 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).




As there is limited public transport in the area, a current driver's licence and access to their own vehicle is necessary.
This type of work is physically demanding.
All fruit is individually picked by hand in paddocks and also working in hydroponics, which requires valuable level of fitness.
Workers must be reliable and motivated, have a high attention to detail, be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
