We're looking for someone who has:
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a CDP
• Experience with meat,



seafood and vegetable preparation
• Confidence working the grill and fryer during busy service
• A calm, organised and clean approach to work
• The ability to run a section during peak service
• A strong commitment to food quality and kitchen cleanliness
