About the Role
As a Conveyancer at Sargeants Dandenong, you will manage residential and commercial conveyancing matters from commencement through to settlement while providing exceptional client service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Managing conveyancing transactions from contract to settlement
Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer documents, and settlement documentation
Liaising with clients, real estate agents, brokers, financial institutions, and government agencies
Conducting property and title searches
Managing electronic conveyancing transactions through PEXA
Monitoring critical dates and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
Maintaining accurate client records and file management systems




Providing clients with clear and professional advice throughout the conveyancing process
About You
We are looking for a proactive and organised professional who thrives in a client-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as a Conveyancer
Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property transactions
Experience using PEXA and electronic conveyancing platforms
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
High attention to detail and solid organisational abilities
The ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
