Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conduct single‐domain technical investigations and analysis to generate data that supports problem assessment, resolution, and the design of improvements.
Plan, deliver, and monitor your own tasks,
ensuring all requirements are met to the agreed time, quality, and cost standards.
Apply your technical knowledge to produce high‐quality documentation and solutions in support of assigned tasks, in line with the applicable Delegation of Authority.
Support the creation and maintenance of accurate technical documentation, ensuring records are securely stored within the appropriate data‐management systems to enable effective through‐life knowledge capture.
You will bring your tertiary qualification in a related technical discipline with solid understanding of applicable engineering toolsets.
You'll be eligible for membership of a relevant professional body with a zest for continuous learning.
To be successful you will have:
Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance
Extensive experience in relatable technical/engineering roles.
Proven experience in managing applicable engineering function and/or technical delivery.
An in-depth understanding of applicable engineering toolsets (e.g. PLM or MRP systems, design, simulation and analysis software).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve desired results.
