HeliSpiritis seeking aStores Coordinatorto join our team based in Kununurra.

About the role
You will be responsible for the following:
Responsible for the day to day operations of the Store.
Assist with ordering, managing parts and tooling in Aerotrack.
Ensuring efficient movements of 'goods in' and 'goods out' through the Store and management of items subject to shelf life.
Coordinating communication between internal teams, external suppliers, and customer to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Driving cost-effective procurement of parts, tooling, consumables, and freight in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
Maintaining accurate technical records.
Completion of accounts information including checking accuracy and compliance.
Supporting the order cycle and ensuring smooth operations of associated information systems.
Monitoring logistics performance including quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency across goods movement and storage.
Management of warranty and core returns, conducting stock takes and using data insights to improve stock accuracy and performance.
About you
Very strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and ability to pick up current software quickly.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills including attention to detail.
Proactive approach to being self-motivated and work without supervision.
Current drivers license.
