You will work across every part of the organisation, helping turn strategic priorities into practical outcomes while building systems, governance and frameworks that support sustainable growth.

About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of major strategic projects across the organisation.
You'll work closely with executives and senior leaders to improve organisational capability, strengthen governance, support AI implementation and ensure key initiatives are successfully delivered.
No two days will be the same.
You may be developing a business case for a new campus, implementing organisation-wide AI initiatives, establishing project governance frameworks, improving operational processes or preparing executive reports that inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex strategic projects from planning through to implementation and evaluation.
Develop business cases, project plans, governance frameworks and executive reporting.
Coordinate organisation-wide initiatives across operations, IT, facilities, education, compliance and corporate services.
Drive organisational improvement through better systems, processes and ways of working.
Support growth initiatives including new campuses and major organisational projects.
Lead AI enablement initiatives by identifying practical opportunities, supporting governance and embedding responsible AI practices.
Develop meaningful project reporting, dashboards and evaluation frameworks.
Work closely with the Executive Team to ensure strategic priorities are delivered effectively.
Work across multiple organisational locations and campuses as required to support project delivery, stakeholder engagement and organisational priorities.
About You
You are an experienced strategic project leader who enjoys working across multiple disciplines and influencing outcomes without relying on direct authority.
You combine strong project governance with commercial thinking and are equally comfortable discussing strategy with executives or rolling up your sleeves to improve processes.
You'll bring excellent communication skills, outstanding organisational ability and the confidence to lead complex initiatives across a dynamic and growing organisation.
Desired Skills & Experience
Demonstrated success leading complex strategic projects or organisation-wide initiatives.
Experience working with executive leadership teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Strong project management, governance and organisational planning skills.
Proven ability to develop business cases,
strategic reports, executive briefings and implementation plans.
Experience improving organisational systems, processes and operational efficiency.
Knowledge of project governance frameworks, risk management and performance reporting.
Experience implementing digital transformation, AI initiatives or technology-enabled business improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in complex environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Experience working within a multi-site, growing or highly regulated organisation.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Management, Strategy, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
Formal project management or change management qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, AIPM/RegPM, Prosci or equivalent) will be highly regarded.
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority.
A genuine interest in innovation, continuous improvement and the practical application of AI to improve organisational performance.
