The primary focus of this role is to provide technical direction of the deployment, support, optimisation, configuration, and implementation of ICT infrastructure.
An opportunity has become available for severalInfrastructure Support Officersto joinGold Coast Health(GCH) where the focus of our ******-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
Provide effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management and continuity planning
Work to automate infrastructure delivery across the GCHHS to help support Infrastructure as a service focus
Ensure end-to-end service delivery for enterprise systems
Install, configure, test, optimise, implement and commission enterprise infrastructure components
Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation and recommendations on the operational performance of the enterprise infrastructure
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
Driver Licence
While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in infrastructure, cloud, or a related field is highly desirable.
Declaration of reliable discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)
