With a strong pipeline of work ahead, we're looking for multipleQualified Carpenters and Apprentice Carpentersto join our team and play a key role across our commercial projects.
About the Role
As a Carpenter at Elite, you'll work closely with our Leading Hands, Site Managers, and wider Project Team to keep projects running smoothly.
You'll take pride in quality finishes, safe work practices, and being a positive presence on site.
Whether you're fully qualified or completing your apprenticeship, you'll be supported to grow your skills while contributing to high-end commercial builds.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out a range of carpentry works including:
Timber and Steel framing
Suspended ceilings
Aluminium partitioning
Doors and hardware
2nd fix carpentry
Cladding and finishes
Read and interpret plans and specifications accurately
Maintain clean, safe, and organised site conditions
Coordinate materials and deliveries to support efficient site operations
Communicate clearly with subcontractors and Elite's internal team
About You




We're looking for someone reliable, motivated, and team-focused, with a strong work ethic and pride in their trade.
You will have:
Qualified Carpenter:Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)
OR
Apprentice Carpenter:Currently completing a carpentry apprenticeship
White Card and valid driver's license
Ability to read plans and work independently (level dependent on experience)
Robust communication and organisational skills
A commitment to quality workmanship and site safety
