About the role
As a Practice Manager at our North Richmond clinic, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence while creating a supportive, team-driven environment.
You'll have the chance to grow your career in a energetic, forward-thinking practice that places strong emphasis on personal development and ongoing training.
A day in the life:
Collaborating with lead doctors to ensure smooth operational workflows
Overseeing the day-to-day practice operations with a focus on quality care
Facilitating inductions and in-house training sessions for new staff
Managing the diary scheduling system with the Clinical Team, including waitlist management and patient appointment coordination
Providing solution-focused management to clinic operations and doctor queries
Leading a team with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and patient care
What we're looking for:
Experience in GP medical reception or practice management
Confident in taking on leadership and senior administrative roles
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience in managing nursing and administration staff is preferred but not essential
Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
