Zeekr Sydney City is seeking an experienced and customer-focusedFinance & Insurance (F&I;) Managerto join our dealership Sales team.
This is a specialist automotive dealership F&I; role, responsible for managing the Finance & Insurance process from vehicle sale through to settlement.
You will work closely with our sales Consultants to assist customers in securing tailored vehicle finance, insurance and aftermarket protection products while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and full compliance with lender and dealership requirements.

As this role supports multiple dealership locations, you will be required to work across our St Leonards, Chatswood, and Waterloo sites as business needs require.Flexibility to travel between these locations is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end Finance & Insurance process for vehicle purchasers within the dealership.
Present and promote vehicle finance, insurance and other aftermarket products that suit each customer's needs.
Conduct customer interviews to understand financial requirements and recommend appropriate lending and protection solutions.
Prepare finance quotations, submit loan applications, liaise with lenders, and manage transactions through to settlement.
Ensure all Finance & Insurance documentation is completed accurately and complies with regulations, responsible lending obligations, dealership policies and lender requirements.
Build strong relationships with finance providers, insurers and aftermarket suppliers to achieve competitive outcomes for customers.
Work closely with Sales Consultants and Sales Managers to maximise Finance & Insurance penetration, vehicle profitability and customer satisfaction.
Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales of finance, insurance and aftermarket products while maintaining a customer‐first approach.
Coordinate with Finance,



Delivery and After‐Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer handover and ownership experience.
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular performance reports for management.
Keep up to date with automotive finance products, lender policies, compliance requirements and market trends.
About You
Previous experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I;) Manager / Business Manager within a franchised or motor dealership is essential.
Demonstrated success in achieving Finance & Insurance penetration, profitability and aftermarket sales targets.
Strong knowledge of automotive lending, consumer finance, dealership operations and vehicle delivery processes.
Thorough understanding of compliance, responsible lending obligations and Finance & Insurance regulations.
Excellent communication, relationship‐building, negotiation and closing skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple finance applications simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively with Sales Consultants and dealership management to achieve shared business objectives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and automotive Finance & Insurance software, lender portals and insurer systems.
Relevant finance, business or automotive qualifications are highly regarded.
Current NSW Driver Licence.
Full Australian working rights.
