The requirements | What it takes to do this
work
A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Cert
IV Leisure and Health
Current First Aid certificate
Current NSW class LR driver's license
Empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their
needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
