About the Role
Working as part of an experienced horticulture team, you'll be responsible for:
Rose pruning using correct pruning techniques
Garden bed maintenance, weeding and mulching
Plant care and seasonal garden maintenance
Maintaining high presentation standards
Protected operation of hand tools and equipment
Working outdoors in all weather conditions
What We're Looking ForPrevious rose pruning, gardening or horticulture experience
Knowledge of pruning techniques and plant care
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work well within a team
Current Driver's Licence
Horticulture qualifications or experience (highly regarded)
Machine Operating Tickets (desirable)
White Card (desirable)
