The RoleOversee daily kitchen operations across all hotel outlets while executing menus with the Executive Chef, maintaining food quality and high-volume standards, leading and developing kitchen teams, and managing ordering, rostering, prep levels, and inventory to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective kitchen performance.
Skills & Attributes
Strong leadership with a focus on motivating and developing kitchen teams.
Skilled in planning and executing seasonal menus and event requirements.
Proficient in performance reviews, staff placement, and recruitment support.
Effective communicator with FOH to ensure smooth service and clarity on specials or menu changes.
