About the Role:Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Deliver comprehensive student support servicesby providing counselling, psychoeducational assessment, and evidence-based recommendations to address students' educational, behavioural, social, emotional, mental health, and career development needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance student outcomesby working within multidisciplinary teams and partnering with families, school staff, and external agencies to coordinate case management, referrals, and access to appropriate educational and support services.
Lead student wellbeing, inclusion, and intervention initiativesby supporting student protection, behaviour support, gifted education, risk management, transition planning, and the development of individualised support plans that promote engagement and success.
Maintain skilled, ethical, and legislative standardsby balancing confidentiality and information sharing, ensuring accurate record keeping, and complying with relevant legal, policy, and departmental requirements.
Build capability and provide specialist leadershipby delivering professional learning for school communities, supporting critical incident responses, and providing specialised guidance for students with complex behavioural, educational, and transition needs.
