About the opportunity?
Y Victoria is currently seeking a permanent Coordinator for our Before and After School Care service atBannockburn P-12 College.
This is a permanent full-time position (38hours per week) with working hours fromMonday to Friday - 6.30 A.M - 9.00 A.M and 2.30 P.M - 6.30 P.M, with ample administration time.
Your administration hours may be worked either after the Before School care session or before the After School care session.
We are flexible for this role to be permanent part-time for the right candidate.
The hourly rate for the position is$40(ACECQA approved Diploma or equivalent) and$46p/hour (ACECQA Approved Degree or equivalent) + ECEC retention payment + 12% super.
OSHC Coordinators are responsible for:
Overseeing the daily operations and strategic development and growth of the program;
Working with the Regional OSHC Coordinator to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities;
Creating a positive relationship with the school, families, local community groups and contract partners;
Managing a team of educators who support you in operating a high quality and fun Outside of School Hours Care program

What do you need?
You'll need to have either completed or be working towards a Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA (see the link below)
You'll need to have, or be willing to obtain a First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate (or equivalent)
You'll need to have, or be willing to obtain a valid Victorian Working with Children's Check – employee check
You'll need to have, or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor certificate within the first month of your employment
There are a variety of qualifications that ACECQA has approved to work within OSHC ranging from education to community services to healthcare.
All Coordinators must be at a minimum, Diploma-level qualified.
