What You'll Be Doing
Reporting into the Senior Team, you'll be working on the end-to-end delivery of projects - from Concept through to Completion.
That means:
Driving our Design process for the business' F&B; and Commercial Portfolio,
Preparing Full documentation packages for Construction and Tender,
Managing Subconsultants
Managing the Tender Process,
Navigating Planning and Building permits,
Managing Projects on-site and coordinating with Builders,
Balancing creativity with practical delivery in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
What You'll Need
4+ years of relevant experience in Design,
with a robust portfolio of F&B;/Commercial work
Proficiency inRevitandLumion(non-negotiable)
Strong understanding of Documentation, Detailing, Construction methods, and Local Codes
Experience with the Full Project Lifecycle - including Planning and Building Permit processes, Managing Subconsultants, Builders and Clients
Strong communication and project management skills
Driver's Licence
A strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
