About Your Role
Join Iplex Townsville as our Operations Manager and take ownership of a strategically critical site spanning manufacturing, warehousing and distribution operations. This is an opportunity to lead a talented team, shape site culture and deliver meaningful improvements across safety, customer service, operational performance and people capability.
Reporting to the National Manufacturing Manager, you'll be trusted to lead all aspects of the site. You will develop and coach a capable team, create a strong and inclusive culture, and make decisions that positively influence safety, customer service, operational performance and profitability. Leading both manufacturing and distribution operations,



you will bring people together, remove barriers, drive improvement and build a workplace where our people can perform at their best.
Skills and ExperienceA proven operational leader who creates safe, inclusive and high-performing teams.Experienced leading complex manufacturing, warehouse, logistics or industrial operations.Confident managing Enterprise Agreements, industrial relations and union relationships.Commercially minded, with strong budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning capability.A collaborative influencer who builds trust and drives accountability.Passionate about continuous improvement, with a track record of delivering sustainable operational results.Tertiary qualifications, trade qualifications or equivalent operational leadership experience
