You are the first impression of our business.Every conversation you have will either strengthen or weaken the reputation we've spent decades building.
That's why we're looking for someone who is confident, energetic, organised and genuinely enjoys helping people.
This is apart-time position (Monday to Friday), although we are happy to offer flexibility around hours for the right person.

What you'll be doing
You'll become one of the most important people in our business.
Your responsibilities will include:




Answering incoming customer phone calls
Keeping impecable record of issues and enquiries into our CRM system
Recording information into Excel spreadsheets
Assisting our sales consultants with administration
Scheduling appointments
Conducting an initial diagnosis of customer enquiries before escalating them where required
Learning our solar, battery and hot water products so you can better understand customer needs
Protecting the Solahart reputation through every customer interaction
Supporting the office team wherever required

Excellent written and verbal communication

Fast and accurate data entry
Solid computer skills
Microsoft Excel experience
Ability to multitask

enter information into an Excel spreadsheet
send a professional email (ChatGpt allowed)
navigate through several computer programs
