About the Role
As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll report to the Store Manager and support the day-to-day operations of the store while leading and developing a customer-focused team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching others, driving sales results, and creating a positive and engaging store environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and create outstanding shopping experiences.
Assist customers in finding the products best suited to their needs through expert advice and product knowledge.
Support the daily operation of the store, including opening, closing, and end-of-day procedures.
Receive, process, and merchandise incoming stock.
Foster a safe, secure, and positive working environment.
Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve their full potential.




Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets.
Assist in monitoring and managing store and team KPIs.
Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who is:

Highly motivated, organised, and results driven.
Confident building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Experienced in retail leadership, preferably within fashion or footwear.
Passionate about or knowledgeable in the equestrian industry (highly regarded but not essential).
Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading periods
Minimum 1-2 years of retail management or leadership experience.
