Early Childhood Teacher (Bachelor Qualified)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher who is committed to creating inspiring learning experiences and supporting children to thrive.
About the Role
As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
Deliver and implement a high-quality kindergarten program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Create engaging learning environments that encourage curiosity, confidence and a love of learning.
Embrace our nature-based philosophy through our Beach Kindy Program and outdoor learning experiences.
Build meaningful relationships with children, families and the local community.
Support and mentor educators within the team.




Contribute to continuous improvement and our commitment to exceeding the National Quality Standard.
Maintain strong knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and National Law.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
Current Teacher Registration (or eligibility where applicable).
Current Working with Children Check.
Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A collaborative approach and genuine passion for early childhood education.
Experienced Lead Educators
We are looking for experienced Lead Educators who are confident leaders, passionate educators and committed to creating meaningful learning experiences for children.
About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you will:
Lead and inspire your room team to deliver high-quality educational programs.
Plan and implement engaging play-based learning experiences based on children's interests and development.
Support our Beach Kindy Program and nature-based learning approach.
Guide, mentor and support fellow educators.
Build strong partnerships with children, families and the wider community.
Maintain high standards of programming,



documentation and reflective practice.
Contribute to our Exceeding-rated service culture.
What You'll Bring
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards), or Certificate III with significant leadership experience.
Previous experience as a Lead Educator or Room Leader.
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework.
Current Working with Children Check.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
A positive attitude and genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives.
