The Opportunity
Blooms The Chemist Daylesford is looking for an experienced, motivated Pharmacist Manager to lead our team in one of regional Victoria's most sought-after towns. This is more than a dispensing role — you'll take real ownership of pharmacy operations, team leadership, and patient care, working alongside two engaged owners who are actively growing the business.

Our award-winning pharmacy is engaged in all aspects of community pharmacy. Alongside a busy dispensary, we provide services to aged care facilities, sleep apnoea diagnosis and treatment, extended scope of practice, off-site and on-site vaccination programs. We have embraced automation through a Golman dispensary robot and a JVM sachet packing robot. This will be a real opportunity to grow your technical skillset and your leadership abilities. What You'll Be Doing
Leading day-to-day pharmacy operations and a small (approx 20 staff), engaged team with a excellent culture.
Overseeing dispensing, clinical services (small ORT program approximately 15 patients), and patient counselling.
Driving service programs, we are constantly looking at ways to better service our community, we have a current focus on increasing supporting our to NDIS and at home aged care patients through
PharmLink.

Supporting rostering, stock management (all automated), and staff development.
Contributing to the strategic direction of the pharmacy.
Building strong relationships with the local community and healthcare providers. Springs Medical Centre is one of more advanced rural educational medical centres in Victoria.



You'll regularly liaise with their doctors, nurses and support staff to advocate for improved patient outcomes.
Working alongside an amazing team which includes the **** Blooms' Retail Manager of the Year.
What We're Looking For
Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA registration (current and unrestricted).
Previous experience in a senior or management pharmacy role preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
A genuine interest in patient-centred care and community health.
Someone excited by the idea of shaping services beyond the dispensary.
