As a Workplace Trainer and Assessor, your role involves developing and delivering top-quality training programs and assessing employees' competency within our organisation.
Description:
Travel required to Derrimut, Campbellfield, Keysborough, and Pakenham.
About the Role:
As a Workplace Trainer and Assessor, you will:
Develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to our dealership teams.
Assess employee competencies and provide constructive feedback to foster growth.
Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create customised solutions.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in training documentation.
Stay current with industry trends to enhance training effectiveness continuously.
Support employees in their professional development and career progression.
Create and refine training materials, including manuals and presentations.
Foster a positive and professional learning environment.
Skills and Experiences:
About You:
Qualifications:



Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****) or equivalent.
Experience: Familiarity with dealership truck sales, service, and parts is preferred but not essential. Previous training experience (both practical and theoretical) is a plus.
Proven ability to deliver practical training and conduct assessments.
Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
