In this role, you will:
Implement expert knowledge of legislation and procedural practices surrounding child protection
Develop DCP's Practice Approach to elevate outcomes for children and young people
Lead processes and reviews that examine sensitive issues and provide evidence-based advice to improve services




Enact effective dispute resolution strategies when liaising with external and internal stakeholders
Demonstrate an astute understanding of cultural sensitivity to maintain inclusive workplace practices.
