About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our busy team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
Working closely with external sales representatives, warehouse staff, and suppliers, you will play a key role in supporting customers with enquiries, quotations, order processing, and product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing and availability
Support the external sales team
Assist customers with product selection and technical information
Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:




Previous internal sales or customer service experience
Experience within industrial distribution, bearings, power transmission, fasteners, hydraulics, or related industries highly regarded
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
A proactive and positive attitude
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Competent computer skills and experience using ERP systems preferred
