With over 100 staff in Melbourne and over a dozen here in SA, now is the time to get into this business and grow into a complete Site Manager in the coming years.

The Projects
Over the next 12 months, you'll be embarking on a fantastic journey with one of the best Project Managers and mentors of his kind. This one-of-a-kind rehabilitation centre is worth around $30M and is set to be state-of-the-art for SA, with no expense spared to ensure the complex stands out above all others, so it's well and truly put on the map once it's opened.
Then once complete, you'll be moving on to SA's most luxurious high-rise residential project in the most sought-after location in Adelaide. Apartments starting at $3M and going way higher will be built, and you'll be the luxury fit-out Site Manager on that project with this team.




So if you'd like to experience what it's like to be part of fitting out fixtures on apartments that celebrities, sports stars and the like are purchasing, where no expense is spared, then this is the role for you.
The Team
The gentleman you'll be reporting to has travelled the globe, managing some of the most complex projects the world has to offer. Now, having moved his family here a few years ago, I was lucky enough to find him, get to know him, place him, and work with him on building his team over the last year to make sure the exciting task of creating this amazing medical centre just outside the Adelaide CBD gets the best people SA has to offer.
We have a Senior Project Manager, Site Manager, Structures Foreman, Contract Administrator, Engineer, and now the last piece of the puzzle is the Fitout Supervisor.
The Professional
Local SA experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor on construction projects, with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 principal contractor or developer.
Naturally specialising in fitout and refurbishment over your career; medical projects are a plus.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and specifications would be a plus, but not essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.




Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience in construction management.
You'd be overseeing all in office activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the efficient execution of the project.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture on-site.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Communicate effectively with the project manager, site manager, client, and subcontractors to address any issues and keep the project's structure on track.
Manage site documentation, including daily logs, safety records, and material orders
The Personal
I've worked with this business for years and placed over a dozen personnel within it. I have a great understanding of the personal and professional background they are seeking.
Although they are not into micromanaging, the place is built on top performers who want to get ahead, learn, and grow in a traditional, old-fashioned way. More action and less talk!
The majority of the team is between their mid-twenties and mid-thirties, so the vibrancy and excitement on site is well and truly palpable.
We're looking for someone in a similar age bracket with momentum in their career, so the team can complete this project together and move on to the next one as a unit.
