Park Manager – Adelaide Caravan Park

The Role
As Park Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations, driving operational excellence, community engagement and guest experiences while advancing Aspen's strategic vision for the property.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of daily park operations
Identify and act on local events, tourism trends,



and business development opportunities to drive occupancy and revenue
Lead the recruitment, training, and development of your team
Maximise revenue through yield management and control operating costs in line with the property budget
Oversee front office administration, reservation systems, and customer service functions
Respond to after-hours calls and operational issues as required
Ensure all facilities, amenities, and grounds are maintained to the highest standards
Work closely with the SA Operations Manager and Head Office staff to achieve desired outcomes for the property
Skills & Attributes
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in Hospitality or Holiday Park management (highly desirable)
Experience with Newbook booking systems (highly desirable)
