About the Role
As the Senior Housing Officer, you will provide leadership, operational coordination and support to YellowBridge's Housing Services programs. You will oversee housing and property management activities, supervise staff, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive service excellence across the program.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Housing Officers, Property Officers and Program Support Officers.
Coordinate day-to-day Housing department operations and tenancy management activities.
Coordinate the support of tenants to sustain successful tenancies through effective planning and support strategies.
Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements, KPIs and organisational objectives.
Manage housing vacancies and property-related service delivery.
Collect, analyse and maintain accurate housing data and reporting information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, support providers and community stakeholders.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to service growth and efficiency.
About You
We are seeking a motivated leader who:




Has experience in social housing, tenancy management, community services or a related field.
Demonstrates strong leadership and people management capability.
Possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Can manage competing priorities and workloads effectively.
Has strong administrative, reporting and data management skills.
Understands relevant housing legislation, program specifications and service delivery frameworks.

Preferred experience but not essential in; Community Housing reporting and platforms i.e Chintaro, National Regulatory System for Community Housing, National Community Housing Survey
