teams.

Baking
Operate bakery equipment to maintain production flow
Adjust settings to ensure product consistency
Check bread quality (weight, shape, colour)
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Record outputs and report issues
Packing
Pack fresh bakery products accurately and efficiently
Check product quality to meet standards
Operate packing machinery safely
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Label and prepare products for dispatch
Profile description:
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, food production or warehousing (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet targets
Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
Physically fit (able to lift up to 20kgs)
