Position Summary
The Site-Based Senior Installer is responsible for leading the installation of office furniture and workplace fit-out projects on customer sites. This role ensures all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while coordinating with clients, project managers, and installation teams. The Senior Installer acts as the in office leader, maintaining quality, productivity, and compliance throughout each project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise installation teams on-site.
Install a Wide Range Of Commercial Office Furniture, Including
Workstations and desks
Seating
Storage systems
Boardroom and meeting room furniture
Reception furniture
Height-adjustable desks
Acoustic panels and accessories
Interpret installation drawings, floor plans, and project documentation.
Coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Liaise professionally with clients, builders, project managers, and other trades.
Conduct site inspections before, during, and after installations.
Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer specifications.




Identify and resolve installation issues and report any variations or site concerns.
Complete final quality checks and obtain client sign-off where required.
Maintain accurate installation records and reports.
Ensure all tools, equipment, and company vehicles are maintained in good working order.
Assist with warehouse preparation, loading, and unloading when required.
Train, mentor, and support junior installers and apprentices.
Promote a positive team culture focused on safety, quality, and customer service.
