Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Assistant
to join our team.
This is a varied role within a specialised pharmacy environment. You will support the daily operations of our pharmacy, including patient communication, dispensary workflow, receiving and managing stock, processing invoices, preparing shipments, and assisting with the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
For the right person, there may also be opportunities to develop additional skills in pharmaceutical compounding and provide support within our purpose-built laboratory following appropriate training.
About the role
Working closely with our pharmacists and laboratory team, your responsibilities will include:
Answering phones professionally and assisting patients with enquiries.
Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service.
Supporting dispensary workflow and general pharmacy operations.
Receiving and unpacking supplier orders, checking deliveries, and maintaining organised stock systems.
Processing invoices and assisting with inventory management.




Preparing and packing patient orders and shipments accurately.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workplace.
Assisting with compounding laboratory activities following training and established procedures.
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable, organised, and takes pride in doing things properly.
Accurate and detail-focused.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
Professional and approachable when communicating with patients and healthcare professionals.
Able to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload.
Interested in learning new skills and growing within a specialised healthcare environment.
Previous experience as a
pharmacy technician or pharmacy assistant is highly regarded but not essential
. We welcome applications from motivated individuals who demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Experience or an interest in compounding, skincare, nutraceuticals, wellness products, or formulation development would be highly regarded.
