We are currently seeking Supply Base Operators and Drivers (HR, HC or MC) to join our busy Dampier Supply Base on an ongoing casual basis, with the potential to transition into permanent employment for high-performing team members.
Please note: Only local residents will be considered for these positions.
About the Role
Working within a dynamic supply base workplace supporting the oil and gas industry, you will play a key role in ensuring freight, equipment and materials are handled safely, efficiently and in compliance with operational requirements.
This is a hands-on role offering variety, teamwork and the opportunity to develop your skills across logistics, warehousing and transport operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and materials handling equipment, including 2T, 7T, 16T forklifts and Reach Stackers
Load and unload trucks, containers and freight safely and efficiently
Assist with quarantine and compliance requirements
Secure and prepare freight for transport
Support truck loading and unloading activities
Carry out general warehouse and yard duties
Complete daily equipment pre-start checks, including water, oil and fuel inspections
Handle freight and cargo supporting transport, logistics and oil & gas operations
For licensed drivers: operate Mafi trucks, HR, HC or MC vehicles for local pickups and deliveries
What We're Looking For
Current Forklift Licence (LF)
Current unrestricted C Class Driver's Licence
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to work independently and follow operational procedures
Reasonable level of physical fitness
National Police Clearance (within 6 months or willing to obtain)
Previous logistics, warehouse,



transport or supply base experience
Highly Regarded
Current MSIC Card
Dogman and/or Rigging Tickets
Knowledge of transport, logistics, marine or oil & gas operation
Current HR, HC or MC Licence
Commercial Vehicle Driver Medical (or willingness to obtain)
WA Fatigue Management Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
