Job Description
As a Job Coach, you'll empower people to build confidence, develop skills and take steps towards employment.
You'll be part of a team that lives our values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together, making a positive impact in local communities every day.
What You'll Do:
Build strong relationships and motivate clients throughout their employment journey
Help clients develop confidence, skills and job readiness
Connect clients with employment opportunities through local employers and our Employer Engagement team
Support people to maintain employment and overcome challenges
Work with community partners and support services to achieve positive outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and meet compliance requirements

You'll succeed if you have:

The ability to stay organised in a structured, goal-focused setting
A current Australian driver's licence
