About The Role
As the Team Leader Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist
Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to your OT or SP teamMentor, coach, and supervise clinicians to support their growth and performanceMaintain a reduced clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilitiesDrive service quality, team culture, and best-practice carePartner with senior leadership to support clinic growth and client outcomes
About You
You're a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist who:
Is ready to step into (or continue in) a leadership roleEnjoys mentoring, coaching, and empowering othersIs committed to skilled excellence and collaborative careWants to feel valued, supported, and excited about their long-term career path
Essential Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy pr Speech Pathology Current AHPRA registration / SPAExperience working as a Senior Occupational Therapist pr Speech Pathologist Leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded
